Patty McIlvaine

Director of Advancement

Patty McIlvaine joined TA as director of development and communications in 2015. Previously, she worked in Vermont Law School’s Office for Institutional Advancement where she focused on leadership giving, annual fund, and grantwriting. Patty spent her early career working in non-profits, and also worked for several years in the ski industry, leading Killington’s Guest Services department. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont, with a bachelor’s degree in plant and soil science. In her spare time, Patty enjoys writing and is an avid reader. She lives with her husband and son in South Royalton.
