Frank Bonnett

Special Education Paraprofessional

Alumnus Frank Bonnett ’69 has been a member of the TA family most of his life. He and his wife, Karin, have lived in Thetford since 1977 and saw all three of their children through the Academy.

Prior to joining TA in 2011, Frank coached youth sports programs for grades 3 through 8 in soccer, baseball, and basketball. Frank has a BA from the University of Vermont and an associates degree in early childhood education and has always enjoyed teaching and working with children.

Frank is invested in his students, and values the “commitment of TA’s faculty and the sense of family/community that prevails within our school. Everyone is tolerant and understanding of a person’s individuality,” Frank says. “A positive attitude and hard work will yield an excellent education here at TA.”

“Consider that the mind is capable of an endless growth.”—Asa Burton, one of the founders, urging citizens of Thetford to establish TA in 1819
