Aerobic Fitness

In this course, students will utilize the Thetford Academy fitness room to create individual plans to increase muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination, and agility.
Students will be taught the proper techniques for using free weights, developing a weight training program, and reducing the risk of injuries. The course will also provide opportunities for student athletes to train for a specific sport, allowing them to perform at an optimal level.
