Empty Bowls Project Raises Funds for Thetford Food Bank

After making 14 pies for this month’s TEN Luncheon, students in Jennifer Gernhard’s Meal Planning and Preparation class made nine gallons of soup and 28 mini-loaves of bread for the Empty Bowls Project, an internationally acclaimed organization whose mission is to fight hunger.
