- Long-term substitute science teacher and pod leader: This position is a full-time substitute teaching role from mid-December through mid-April. It entails teaching 7th and 9th grade science classes and leading an 11th grade homeroom/pod. The 7th grade course is an introduction to laboratory science and the 9th grade course focuses on conceptual physical science. The science classes will be taught remotely, in both synchronous and asynchronous formats using Google Classroom. Experience teaching laboratory-based science as well as knowledge of chemistry, physics, and astronomy required, along with experience mentoring students in an advisory capacity. - Team assistant in the counseling department: This is a part-time staff position, 20 hours/week. Strong candidates will have organizational expertise; an attention to detail; relational skills; and a customer service orientation to working with students, colleagues, parents, and external audiences such as college admissions. This position is scheduled to begin January 4, 2021; however, the start date is flexible and the search will remain open until the right candidate is found.
