Mountain School to Host Virtual Info Session for Sophomores: Jan. 27

The Mountain School, a semester program for high school juniors in Vermont, will be hosting a virtual information session for TA sophomores on Jan. 27, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event link will be updated with Zoom information in the school calendar on the “TA Today” page before the event.

Located in Vershire, VT, the Mountain School enrolls 45 motivated high school juniors from all over the country each semester. Students come together to live and work on the school’s farm, creating an academic and work-based community in which every voice matters.

Courses at the Mountain School provide a demanding, integrated learning experience that takes advantage of the school’s small size and mountain campus. Balancing intellectual inquiry and experiential learning, the curriculum challenges students to think flexibly, speak their minds and return to their schools equipped for continued academic success.
