Head of School Weekly Email: December Surveys & Holiday Wishes

Dear TA Families,

Today’s brilliant white expanse of snow and clear blue sky made for a beautiful final day of 2020 here on campus. The past four months have been quite a journey – but we made it, thanks to everyone’s collective effort!

Kudos to students and teachers for continuing to spend time outdoors, even in chilly temps. Our very own TA TOP elf came through with a holiday gift for every student: a warm hat to enhance the outdoor learning experience.

The school offices will be closed for two weeks over the winter break, and then we will be back in session on campus on January 4. Like we did with the Thanksgiving break, we ask families whose students need to shift to a temporary remote plan to arrange that with Dean of Students Siobhan Lopez.

Please take a few minutes to fill out our December stakeholder survey. We invite your feedback and input to help with the planning process for 2021:

  • Parent/Guardian Survey [see email for link]
  • Student Survey: [see email for link]

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season filled with warmth, light and joy. We all deserve it!

Carrie Brennan, Head of School
