Summer / Fall Athletics Information
Athletic practices and scrimmages are available for students during the summer months.
The general schedule is as follows:
Girls Soccer: Wednesdays 4:30 to 6 p.m. Those interested should email Coach MacVeagh.
Girls Basketball: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Those interested should contact Coach Ward.
Boys Basketball: Mondays and Wednesdays practices from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Those interested should contact Coach Ouellette.
Summer Fun Runs: Sponsored by our cross country coaches, these runs are open to all students, families, and community members of all ages and abilities. They take place at TA every Tuesday through the summer. There is a 2.5K and a 5K option, and there is no cost or preregistration required. Gather on the lower soccer field behind the gym as early as 5:30 p.m. for warm-ups. The runs start at 6 p.m. sharp. If you have any questions email Coach Joe Deffner or Coach Emily Silver.

High school tryouts and preseason practices begin on Thursday, Aug. 15 for soccer and cross country. Please note that:
- High school student athletes planning to participate in fall sports must have a current physical on file at the school prior to Aug. 15.
- High school student athletes who are not present for tryouts and preseason practices will not be considered for varsity teams.
- All high school student athletes are encouraged to participate in tryouts and preseason practices, even if they don’t intend to join a varsity team.
Middle school athletics will begin with the start of school on August 27. Middle school athletes need to have a current physical on file prior to August 27.
For each team and season, our coaches will be arranging mandatory parent meetings to establish their expectations.
