TA Science teacher Gary Engler is one of 18 teachers from across the country selected to attend the Glacier Institute teacher workshop “Discovering Glacier through Science and Culture” at Montana’s Glacier National Park. The five-day science and field-based workshop is an opportunity for teachers to learn about resource topics at Glacier National Park and to design hands-on service learning projects for their students. Participants will look at resource issues through both western science and native perspectives. Mr. Engler is excited to attend this June and to bring some new ideas and curriculum back to TA this fall. Congratulations!
