Woods Trail Run 2018: Oct. 6

The 2018 Woods Trail Run marks the 28th year of TA’s locally renowned cross country event. On Saturday, Oct. 6, Thetford Academy will become a vibrant, buzzing host to over 2,000 cross country runners and their coaches, families, and supporters.

With over 100 volunteers helping to execute the event, it is sure to be another great day for the high school country country teams who travel from all over New England, New York, and even sometimes New Jersey, to come run the beautiful–yet challenging–Dan Grossman Woods Trail.

As a TA student, putting on the Woods Trail Run “Official” bib, and of course getting a Woods Trail shirt, is yet another TA tradition that many alumni look back on with nostalgia. If you’re interested in volunteering at the Woods Trail Run, or the State Championship Meet (Oct. 27), contact Meet Directors Blendon Salls or Mark Pichette.
